Wellshire is proud to announce that Kessler’s of Lemoyne, Pa. is now producing reformulated All Natural Beef Hotdogs for the Wellshire Family of Products, using original family recipes.  Varieties include the 8 to 1 lb. Skinless Premium Beef Frank, the 5 to 1 lb. Old Fashioned Beef Hotdog in a natural casing and the all-new 4 to 1 lb. 4XL Skinless Big Beef Hotdog. Kessler’s has taken our family owned, all-natural recipe and combined it with the freshest all natural beef, herbs and spices to make the top dog in the all-natural market. These mouth-watering hotdogs are available now. Company Owner/President Louis B. Colameco is excited about the relationship with Kessler’s and even more thrilled with the end result of the new and improved line. “We wanted to go back to making a hotdog in its truest form with simple ingredients and robust flavor.  We are confident that our new beef hotdogs are the standard in the all-natural industry,” commented Colameco.

Wellshire Implements High-Pressure Pasteurization:
We are pleased to announce that we will be implementing a high-pressure pasteurization system to our line of 100% All Natural cold cuts, ham steaks and Canadian bacon. This approach for better quality, safety and security uses physical water pressure rather than chemicals or irradiation to make foods safer while preserving the color, taste, and texture of the product.

This pasteurization process is the wave of the future and we are proud to be on the cutting edge of this in the All Natural market.
