Colameco's Swedish Meatballs


Ingredients:

(1) 16 oz. package of Colameco’s Beef or Turkey Italian Style Meatballs

¼ cup melted butter

¼ cup flour

2 cups beef stock

2 cups cream

¼ cup fresh chopped Dill


Instructions:

1.       Heat frozen meatballs in a preheated 350° oven for 8 minutes.

2.       In a large sauce pan, add stock and cream and heat on medium-low heat.

3.       In a small sauce pan, add butter and flour over medium heat, stirring to mix well. Once mixed, take off heat and set aside. This is now your Roux, a thickening agent.

4.       Mix roux into cream and stock, once mixed, add heated meatballs.

5.       When sauce becomes thick, add dill.

6.       Season with salt and pepper and serve.
