Lou's Famous Chicken Sausage in Leek Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

(1) 11 oz. package of your favorite Lou’s Famous Chicken Sausage, cut into bite size pieces (Roasted Red Pepper works well)

3 Leeks, white part only, cut into bite size pieces (make sure you wash them thoroughly)

1 Tablespoon Oil

1 clove Garlic, minced

½ cup Cream

Instructions:

1. In a medium size pan, sweat leeks garlic in oil over medium heat. Make sure they do not brown.

2. Add chopped sausage and cook until heated through.

3. Add cream and let simmer until sauce becomes thick.

4. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve with white rice.
