Tasso Ham and Shrimp Pasta


Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Olive Oil

6 oz Wellshire Tasso Ham

8 oz Shrimp

8 oz Capellini pasta (Angel Hair)

1 cup cream

2 tablespoons chopped Fresh Cilantro


Instructions:
1.       Bring pot of water to a boil, add pasta and cook until tender, then drain and hold.

2.       In a sauté pan, heat oil and sauté tasso and shrimp until shrimp curl slighty and are a pink color.

3.       Add cream and cilantro, let it come to a simmer.

4.       Add pasta and continue to cook until sauce becomes thick.

5.       Season with salt and pepper.
