Wellshire Chef Salad


Ingredients:

8 oz Lettuce

4 Slices of Wellshire Turkey Breast
4 Slices of Wellshire Black Forest Ham
4 Slices of Swiss cheese
1 Tomato
2 Eggs
4 Strips of Wellshire bacon 


Instructions:
 

1. In a small pot, bring water to a boil then add eggs. Cook for 14 minutes
2. Remove carefully and run cold water on it to stop cooking.
3. Peel eggshell off and slice into wedges
4. Cook bacon till crispy in oven or stovetop, then chop up
5. Cut lettuce into bite size pieces
6. Wash lettuce
7. Cut ham, turkey, cheese into small match stick size strips
8. Wash and cut tomato into wedges
9. Assemble salad with all ingredients
10. Serve with your favorite dressing
