PrintWellshire Kids Chillin Chili Cheese Dog (by Chef Egg)
Ingredients:
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
12 oz. Canned Black Bean Chili
1/2 Cup Salsa Fresca
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Green Onions, Chopped
4 Hot Dog Rolls
Instructions:
2. Cook the franks on an indoor grill until they are brown on all sides. If you do not have an indoor grill, you can microwave the hot dogs for 2 minutes or until they are warm.
3. Place the hot dogs in a bun. Spread a spoon full of warmed chili and some cheddar cheese.
4. Place this chillin' cheese dog in the toaster oven and cook until the cheese has melted. Be careful when taking the hot dog out of the toaster oven.
5. Top the chillin' cheese dog with a dollop of sour cream, a little salsa fresca and some green onions.
